Short answer
A2Z Global built ShopPak's marketplace storefront with a loyalty programme and email flows on top. Repeat orders rose 45%, most buyers joined the loyalty programme, and support load fell as order information became self-service.
/Scope
What we built
- A storefront on hosted commerce, so checkout compliance is not the business's problem.
- A loyalty programme aimed at the repeat purchase, which is where the margin is.
- Email and SMS flows triggered by what a customer actually did.
- Self-service order information, which is what took pressure off support.

- Web Design in Pakistan: What Changes Between Karachi, Lahore and IslamabadHow a business website should differ depending on whether its customers are in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad — what visitors in each city expect, what they search for, how they pay and contact you — and how to brief a web designer in any of them.
- Ecommerce Product Page Checklist: What Actually Helps ConversionThe product imagery, copy, pricing, trust signals and mobile details that help buyers make a confident purchase decision.
