Short answer
A2Z Global ran a storefront optimisation programme for EcomPro, working on the existing WooCommerce store rather than rebuilding it. Conversion rate rose 38%, cart abandonment fell 25%, and average order value increased through bundling.
/Scope
What we built
- Optimisation of the store already running, rather than a rebuild nobody asked for.
- Checkout and cart work aimed at the abandonment points the data showed.
- Bundling to raise average order value without discounting.
- Event-based analytics, so each change could be judged rather than assumed.

What it was built with, and why
Each choice below does a specific job on this project — not a list of logos.
| Technology | What it does here |
|---|---|
| WooCommerce | WordPress commerce, so the store and the content site share one admin. |
| Stripe | Card payments, subscriptions and refunds with a well-documented API. |
| GA4 | Event-based analytics, so conversions and drop-off points are measurable. |

How we think about this work
- Web Design in Pakistan: What Changes Between Karachi, Lahore and IslamabadHow a business website should differ depending on whether its customers are in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad — what visitors in each city expect, what they search for, how they pay and contact you — and how to brief a web designer in any of them.
- Ecommerce Product Page Checklist: What Actually Helps ConversionThe product imagery, copy, pricing, trust signals and mobile details that help buyers make a confident purchase decision.
- Website Maintenance After Launch: A Practical Monthly ChecklistWhat to monitor, patch, test and review after a website goes live so performance, security, SEO and lead generation do not quietly degrade.
